Summary
Leading up to Fall, Spring, and Summer TAMU commencement ceremonies, I would create project timelines to ensure I could request, compile, and then layout information in commencement programs for each ceremony. It was important that information in non-student sections was complete prior to receiving names, so that once that data was available I could quickly start adding the bulk of the content. There was an incredibly short window to layout this information and go through multiple rounds of proofing as updates to content were frequent. This was a project that required extreme attention to detail while working under intense pressure do to the required timeline.
